Specxweb Return Policy

At Specxweb, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. In the event that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Return Policy
1. Return Window

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Process

The product must be returned to the store from where it was purchased. The store is selected by the customer at the time of placing the order on the Specxweb platform.

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including personalized or prescription-based eyewear, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility.

Refund Policy
1. For Store Payments

If the product was paid directly to the store (such as in cases of cash-on-delivery, in-store pickup, or balance amount paid at the store), the refund will be processed directly by the store into the customer’s account.

2. For Specxweb Online Payments

If the payment was made through the Specxweb platform during the online order process, Specxweb will process the refund within 7-10 working days from the return approval.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.).

Additional Refund Scenarios:
1. Faulty or Damaged Products

If the product was delivered in a faulty or damaged condition or was incorrect, a full refund will be processed after return and verification.

2. Non-Eligible Returns

If the product is returned in a used condition, damaged post-delivery, or missing accessories, the refund request may be denied.

3. Incorrect Prescription Entries

Refunds will not be issued for orders where incorrect prescription values were entered at the time of order placement.
